She is an immigrant to Canada, a mother of 2 teenage boys, a wife, a nurse, and has purchased 100 units in less than two years. The best part... she used none of her own money! In addition, almost all of her properties are solely owned! This means that since there’s no joint venture partners, she keeps 100% of the cashflow, 100% of the appreciation, and 100% of the equity.
